Michijo Abato is an infamous Pirate in the SMC. He joined forces with Kalymnos during the Irvest War after he lost his son- and daughter-in-law Zachario and Stelara in the "Fokuso Incident" where a civilian Kalymnos Transport ship was shot down by a Nova Nacion destroyer after mistaking it for a military vessel, trying to Ambush the destroyer. He doesn't care who he kills, and he has no honor in battle. He fights like he has nothing to lose.
SPOILER ALERT
If Yuri sides with Kalymnos during the Irvest War in Chapter 7, he will have to fight him to prevent "Plan R" from killing millions of innocent civilians. His ship has no fighters, but deals a lot of damage. Just like Yuri he also possesses the "Final Roar" special ability.
